PUBLIC PORTION OF OLDE RYDERS CHARTER:
We, the founding members, whom have been given the responsibility of drafting and adopting this charter, hereby on this 20th day of July in the year 2011, bestow our liberties, rights and freedoms within the club. All those here shall have equal rights under this Charter and shall be duly recognized by the clubs members and the governing body. All members that unite themselves within this charter, do so, freely and without prejudice. This charter recognizes all members as independent bodies who have membership within the club and retain the right to resign from the club at anytime, without notice. Any member that has been found practicing unbecoming behavior toward another member, the club, the governing body of the club, or has represented the club in an unlawful or inappropriate way, will be removed from the club roster and expelled from the club.
All members have the right to retain power over the governing body by the democratic process. Any member can call for a motion to make changes during any official club meeting. If the motion is seconded and carried, then a vote will be taken of the members present. If less than 60 % of the total membership votes in this manner, the vote is not binding but will be held over for a formal vote by all of the membership.
Any chapters that shall wish to join the organization, by forming a separate club location, can do so with the written permission of the governing body of this club. This club (Illinois chapter) shall always be considered the parent club of the organization. Any new chapters agree to adopt this charter in its entirety, simply by joining the organization.
No person, or persons shall be denied membership in this club or any branch of this club, for reasons of race, color, gender, age, crede, type of motorcycle owned, nor for any other reason with the exception that any member must be of legal age to accept this agreement, and have a valid drivers license. In the State of Illinois this minimum age will be 18.
Under this charter and from this day forth, we duly assign this club the name of OLDE RYDERS social and riding club.

Some of our members on the annual Hero's Ride. This ride raises money for wounded vets, coming back from oversee's. We ride in many fund raising events every season. Let's have some fun, and help some great people along the way.
We love to ride, Why not raise money, while we ride? Good question? Let's get going! If you are a motorcycle enthusiast that likes to ride with other people that share your common interest, contact us today to get started.
